The Field Office positions will be for a term of two years. All positions shall be nominated and voted by a majority of those active members present, at the annual meeting. This meeting will be held on or before the end of the Field Office term. To hold any NCO rank in Reynolds’ Battery L that person should have been a member in good standing for two years prior to the election. To hold any Officer rank in Reynolds’ Battery L that person should have been a member in good standing for four years prior to the election. The Board of Trustees set the rank structure for Field Positions.
